1) How many tiers are there in the Gawin Challenges?
Each challenge is unique and it can go up to 3 tiers. You'll be able to see the number of tiers in each challenge.
2) How do I progress to the next tier?
You will need to complete all the tasks in your current tier to advance to the next subsequent tier.
3) Will I be eligible for multiple Gawin Incentives?
Yes, you are eligible to participate in multiple challenges. All the challenges will be listed under your Gawin Incentives tab.
4) How frequent are our progressions updated?
Your task progression will be updated live.
5) How long is the duration of a Gawin challenge?
Each challenge has their own start and end date. You can refer to the duration in each challenge tab.
6) When and how will my rewards be disbursed?
Our team will reach out to the eligible vendors for the reward disbursement, within 14 working days, after each challenge has been concluded.
7) What if my progress is not updated in time?
You can reach out to our vendor support team via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 543-7683 and we will address it.
