We have released a great new feature to help you organize your job requests!
Starting 19th December 2018, you can update the status for all the jobs you have been booked for. Please note that we need you to take this action so we can help you manage the thousands of customers you get from Gawin. Unfortunately, if you don't help us organize the requests, you won't be able to accept new job requests.
There are 4 actions that you can take for a Booked job request:
1) Change Date of Service
Select this option if the customer decides to reschedule the job to a later date. You will be able to enter the new date and time. Please note that a request cannot be rescheduled to more than 30 days from the initial date. Please follow up with the customers frequently to ensure you know the status of the job.
2) Payment Collected
Select this option if you’ve completed the job, and the customer has paid you directly. You will be prompted to enter the amount you’ve collected. We will automatically issue your customers a receipt so you don't have to worry about this.
3) Request for Credit Refund
Select this option if the job has been canceled to request for refund of booking credits. You will be prompted to select the reason of cancellation. Credits will be refunded after Gawin has validated the reason with the customer. Now it's much easier to make a refund request*
You must update the status of your booked jobs within a set period of time. All of these jobs are listed in the section “Jobs Pending Update”
The days you have left to update the job status are displayed. You should update the status before the days run out. Failure in doing so will result in temporary disablement from quoting or accepting new jobs.
To be able to continue quoting and accepting new jobs, you are required to update the status of all of the jobs in the “Jobs Pending Update” section.
