There could be a few reasons for this:
- You may not be receiving any jobs requests because your account is still pending activation. We want to make sure that you are not competing with too many other service providers. Therefore we limit the number of active service providers at any point in time. For this reason, it may take a period of time before your profile can be activated. Please bear with us as we work hard to increasing the number of requests for your service, in order to activate more vendors; or
- You may not be receiving any job requests because after reviewing your business verification details, we found that there is insufficient information, which we still require from you. Hence your account is still pending activation. If you have not received any contact from us regarding this, please let us know.
- You may not be receiving job requests because you have not set your email or in app notifications correctly so that you are notified of job requests the minute we receive them. Please log into your account and check your dashboard.
- You may not be receiving job requests because you have not ticked the appropriate services provided in the “service provided’ section of your profile.
- You may not be receiving job requests because you have not ticked the appropriate locations in the “covered areas” section of your profile.
