Starting 13 August 2018, your credits will be deducted automatically every time a customer books your service in Compare platform.
The booking cost will be deducted every time customer booked a job. This booking cost is refundable if the customer ends up cancelling the job.
3 Steps to request for a refund for the booking cost:
1. Please click on your transaction to review details
2. Click Request for a refund
3. Click on your reason for refund and submit
We will refund the credits back to your wallet (within 7 days of form submission) after we have verified with the customer that the job has been cancelled.
